Lisa Quon

Lisa Quon is an experienced product developer in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Associate Principal Product Developer and Product Architect at Clif Bar & Company since December 2015. As a founding member of the Clif Bar Incubator team, Lisa oversees comprehensive product development efforts, including ingredient sourcing and regulatory compliance, and successfully launched Clif Pet Plant-based Jerky for dogs. Prior to Clif Bar, Lisa worked at The Coca-Cola Company from January 2006 to December 2015, where notable achievements included managing product innovations for Zico and creating a groundbreaking stevia-based beverage line for Odwalla. Additional experiences include roles at Lyons Magnus, San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, OMIC USA Inc., and a research position at the University of California, Davis. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis.
