Joseph Renter

Joseph Renter has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joseph began their career in 2012 as a Team Leader at Rosicki Rosicki and Associates, where they worked until 2015. Following this, they joined Century 21 American Homes Syosset Office as the REO Closings Manager & Title Specialist until 2016. In the same year, they became President of NY REO Aficionado, Inc. and also joined Cliffco Mortgage Bankers as the Senior Vice President of Non-QM and the Director of Business Development. In 2017, Joseph joined Capital Group Property Management as Vice President. Recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Managing Director at Clout WMB.

Joseph Renter has an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from LIU Post. Joseph also obtained a Paralegal Certification from the same institution. Additionally, they have a Certified Mortgage Quality Control Specialist certification from NAMU®.
