Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Clifford Beers Community Health Partners (CBCHP) is responsible for managing all aspects of HR functions to support the network of affiliated nonprofits. This includes overseeing HR analytics, compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws to ensure a productive and positive work environment for all employees involved in delivering mental health and social services to Connecticut children and families.
