Haylin Low serves as the Head of Lateral & Experienced Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Clifford Chance, having progressed through various roles since December 2014, including Senior Lateral Recruiting Manager and Lateral Recruiting Manager. Responsibilities encompass the recruitment and onboarding of lateral partners and associates, along with collaboration with managing partners and practice group leaders to address hiring needs. Prior experience includes a temporary position as Recruitment Coordinator at Clifford Chance LLP, where coordination of non-legal staff recruitment was the focus, as well as founding HL Search, an executive search consultancy. Haylin Low also held legal recruiter positions at Kendall-Parker Associates and Baum Stevens, successfully placing candidates in law firms and in-house legal departments while developing extensive networks in the legal and financial services sectors.
