Laura Nixon

Laura Nixon is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Since August 2008, Laura has held various positions at Clifford Chance, including Knowledge Director for Fintech, Senior Associate Knowledge Lawyer for Fintech, and Senior Associate in Banking, following a tenure as a Trainee Lawyer. Prior to this, Laura gained experience as a Secondee in the legal team within Transaction Management at Barclays Bank plc and on the leveraged finance desk at Citi. Earlier in Laura's career, a role as a Library Assistant was held at the London Borough of Hillingdon. Laura holds a Law degree from The University of Manchester, having studied there from 2004 to 2007, and received foundational education at North London Collegiate School and Haydon School.
