Suzanne Carolan

Suzanne Carolan currently serves as the Global Head of People Services Delivery at Clifford Chance since May 2015, leading HR transformation efforts and evolving the HR Operating Model to align with the firm's growth strategy. In addition to this role, Suzanne co-heads the Global Academy, responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy. Prior to Clifford Chance, Suzanne held various senior management positions at Prometric from 2006 to 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing global candidate services operations, EMEA operations management, and client program management for computer-based assessment testing. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in French and Politics from The University of Huddersfield.
