Utkarsh Bhargava

Utkarsh Bhargava is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Legal Technology Advisor at Clifford Chance since March 2024. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Digital Transformation Analyst at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co from May 2022 to February 2024, where involvement in crafting the firm's digital transformation strategy took place alongside a multi-disciplinary team focused on document and workflow automation. Earlier, Utkarsh worked as an Associate at Trilegal from July 2018 to June 2021, specializing in Projects, Energy, and Infrastructure, conducting legal due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and advising on regulatory matters across the Asia-Pacific region.
