Marketing Operations Executive at CliffRun Media

Erik Donnelly is a marketing operations executive at CliffRun Media. Erik has previously worked as a lead integration architect for TNT’s simplify and transform programme. Erik has also lead a ICoE (Integration Center of Excellence) architecture scrum team and specified development tools and processes to support the EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) project life cycle across the design, build and test phases.

Donnelly has also supported API capability planning and management to ensure that technical processes and capabilities align with ongoing and strategic business requirements. Erik has delivered a HLD on TNT’s initial Public API offering that uses API Management and SOA to provide functionalities such as public API exploration, self-service developer sign-up, interactive app key provisioning, rate-limit notifications, SLA/Contract monitoring for consumers such as third-party developers, Salesforce CRM Sales/Service clients and TNT e-commerce mobile and web applications.

Additionally, Donnelly has acted as a point of contact for management of proof of concepts under the Integration Team banner, in areas such as Salesforce / IBM CastIron applicability, CRM Proactive cases, Salesforce Lightning Connect and Public APIs using IBM’s API Manager. Lastly, they lead a team of architects that designed real-time (IBM Data Power and Message Broker) and ETL (Apache PIG and Hadoop) interfaces to support the migration of TNT sales processes to Salesforce; this project is currently live in over 70 countries.

Erik Donnelly has a M.Sc. in the Management of Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin, a B. Eng. in Electronic Information Systems Engineering from Coventry University, and certification from ITIL IT Service Management. Erik also has The Novation Enterprise Platform Programme (NEPP) from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
