Rafael Perez

Rafael Perez has accumulated valuable experience in customer support and auditing roles. Currently, Rafael is serving as a Member Support specialist at SmithRx and a Retail Cashier at Cliff's Check Cashing Stores, Inc. Additionally, Rafael has a background as a Customer Service Representative at iQor and Teleperformance, where work involved assisting clients with health insurance inquiries for Florida Blue. Rafael also held the position of Auditor at Contraloría General de la República Dominicana from September 2018 to February 2023.
