Jennifer Jerry-McCloud is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as HR/LR Section Manager at Cleveland-Cliffs since August 2023. With a career that spans over two decades, Jennifer has held various positions at Cleveland-Cliffs, including Manager of College Programs and multiple roles in Talent Acquisition and Development from April 2015 to June 2022, where Jennifer played a key role in managing a multi-million dollar recruiting budget and meeting hiring targets across multiple facilities. Prior to this, Jennifer contributed to ArcelorMittal USA in talent acquisition, Ivy Tech Community College as an Admission Recruiter, and Blue Care Network in HR services, honing skills in recruitment, training, and compliance. Jennifer also served as a Corporate HR Representative at Henry Ford Health System, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and training new hires. Jennifer completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Purdue University Northwest.
