Kira Geiss

Kira Geiss is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Director at Cleveland-Cliffs since January 2019, Kira successfully established a cohesive strategy to integrate multiple business units and foster relationships supporting labor agreements. Previous roles include Director of Finance and Chief Compliance Officer at Kulzer, LLC, where Kira implemented a compliance program achieving timely regulatory filings, and Division Manager of Shared Services at ArcelorMittal USA, contributing to system conversion projects and building a Shared Service Organization.
