Cole Parris

Cole Parris is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in M&A and deal advisory roles. Currently serving as Vice President at Cliffwater since September 2022, Cole previously held positions at Heyday and Antares Capital LP, focusing on M&A and associate work. Prior experience includes serving as a Deal Advisory Associate and Intern at KPMG, where foundational skills in advisory services were developed. Cole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, and Technology Management from Indiana University Bloomington between 2012 and 2016.
