Michele Nolty

Michele Nolty is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in building and leading HR functions in the investment management sector. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Cliffwater since June 2025, Michele previously held the role of Chief People Officer at Olive Tree Holdings from 2022 to 2024, where the HR function was developed to align with the firm's growth strategy. Prior to that, Michele was EVP and Head of Global Human Resources at Cohen & Steers from 2005 to 2022, playing a key role in aligning HR with business strategies for a global workforce. Earlier experience includes serving as VP-Head of HR in New York at Allianz Global Investors and as Senior Human Resources Generalist at Oppenheimer Capital. Michele holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Baruch College.
