Maria Luísa Cassinda

Maria Luksha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and marketing. Currently serving as the Lead of the Business Analysis Department at OMA LLC since May 2019, Maria specializes in documenting requirements, writing user stories, managing backlogs, and creating screen mockups. Previously, at NP-Service from January 2014 to July 2021, Maria excelled as a Marketing Analyst conducting market research, data analysis, and forecasting in the real estate sector. Additional roles include a Marketing Analyst position at A-100 Девелопмент, a Marketing Specialist at the Center for Strategic Development Marketing Systems, and earlier positions in sales and telecommunications. Maria holds a Business Analyst degree from IT-STEP Academy Belarus and two degrees from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics in Economics and Management, as well as Marketing.
