Mahdi Laanaia has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mahdi is the CEO and Co-founder of CLIKING (formerly known as Goodmeal) since February 2019. In this role, they help companies build a customer-centric strategy by collecting continuous feedback from customers through QR codes, emails, and SMS.

Prior to their current role, Mahdi worked at Carrefour from 2014 to 2018. Mahdi started as a Group Internal Auditor and later became a Supervisor in the Group Internal Audit department. As a Supervisor, they reported to the internal audit director and was responsible for defining the strategic audit plan, preparing assignments, designing working programs, writing audit reports, and coordinating action plans with subsidiaries. Mahdi also presented conclusions to executive top management and contributed to the writing of executive reports presented to the Accounts Committee of the Group. Additionally, Mahdi managed a team of 5 auditors, provided coaching and training, conducted performance evaluations, and led recruitment efforts. Some of the audit assignments they handled included stock non-food audits in Carrefour Romania and Carrefour Spain, as well as e-commerce audits in Carrefour Spain and Carrefour France.

Before their tenure at Carrefour, Mahdi worked at Sanofi as a Transfer Pricing Analyst from November 2013 to August 2014, and as a Financial Controller from September 2011 to October 2013. Mahdi also had an internship in the Accounting Department at EUROGROUP CONSULTING France from April 2011 to July 2011, and an internship in the Treasury Department at AXA en France in 2010.

In 2018, Mahdi attended Le Wagon and obtained a degree in FullStack Developer with a focus on Web Development.

In 2019, Mahdi enrolled in the Media Institute and received a certification in Marketing Digital.

During the same year, Mahdi also completed a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from SCRUM ALLIANCE.

Earlier in their educational journey, Mahdi attended IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School in 2012 and 2013, where they earned a Master 2 degree in Contrôle Audit.

Before that, from 2008 to 2012, Mahdi studied at IAE Paris-Est and obtained a Master's degree in Management et Conseil.

Additionally, Mahdi obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2019.
