Peter Liu

Peter Liu has worked in the finance and sustainability industries for over two decades. Peter is currently a board member at Climate Action Reserve, a nonprofit that works to create voluntary carbon markets. Peter was previously the Senior Advisor and Strategic CFO at Cowgirl Creamery, a sustainable food company, from January 2015 to August 2020. Prior to that, they were the Founder and Vice Chairman of New Resource Bank, a green bank focused on sustainable businesses, from 2004 to 2015. Peter also worked in project finance and energy at Credit Suisse and JPMorgan Chase from 1998 to 2004.

Peter Liu began their educational career by earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Peter then went on to earn an MPA from Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
