Becky Xu

Becky Xu is an experienced professional in the fields of climate research, urban planning, and architectural design. Currently serving as the Marketing Lead for the MIT Energy and Climate Club, Becky leads marketing efforts and has previously held a Data & Research Intern position at AlphaGeo, where significant contributions included the development of high-resolution data products focused on climate risk and resilience. As a Clean Energy and Climate Intern at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, research, data analysis, and community engagement were key responsibilities. Becky's architectural background includes serving as a Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and working as an Architectural Designer at Perkins Eastman, where involvement in sustainable design projects aimed for Net-Zero and LEED Platinum certifications was prominent.
