Kaye Bettney is an experienced human resources and project management professional currently serving as Director of People & Culture at Climate Arc since March 2022. Kaye previously held various roles at Climate Policy Initiative, including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Operations Manager from April 2016 to March 2022. Prior to that, Kaye worked as a Project Management Consultant at Bond UK and held multiple positions at Kimberley Land Council, from Project Manager to Project Officer. Kaye's early career includes a role as Business Manager at NHS and Accounts Officer at Cabot Financial. Kaye holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Master of Arts in International Security, and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History & International Relations, complemented by education at Invicta Grammar School.
