Sustainability Debt Analyst at Climate Bonds Initiative

Daniel is the Sustainability Debt Analyst for the Market Intelligence team at the Climate Bonds Initiative. He conducts Green, Social, and Sustainability (GSS) debt data analysis, focusing on Social and Sustainable bonds issued in Latin America. Daniel was awarded an Erasmus Mundus scholarship to pursue an international master’s in Global Markets, with a specialization on Sustainability, in a joint degree between the University of Glasgow, Uppsala University, and Universidad de los Andes. He also has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and an MBE in Economics and Sustainability Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Additionally, he has experience in working with the fields of international research cooperation between Europe and Latin America, education for sustainable development, and corporate social investment.
