Rosamund Barker

Rosamund joined CBI in November 2022. She is a commercially minded UK and Hong Kong-qualified finance lawyer having spent many years working on capital markets transactions at an international law firm, with considerable expertise in risk, compliance, and governance issues associated with not-for-profit associations. Her strengths lie in reviewing strategic direction, communication, building relationships, and influencing stakeholders. She also has a great interest and experience in green and sustainable finance being formerly responsible for the APLMA's green and sustainable finance efforts including the development of the globally recognized Green, Sustainability-Linked, and Social Loan Principles. She is a regular conference speaker on this subject.
