Neha Naikwade is an experienced professional in climate data and youth entrepreneurship initiatives, currently serving as Associate Partner and Lead of the Climate Data Program at Climate Collective since April 2021. Naikwade's work includes leading programs such as Electraverse Sparks and the UK's ACT4Green II. Additionally, Naikwade is a Women Champion at Women Climate Collective, advocating for women's involvement in climate response actions. Naikwade's previous roles include UN Youth Climate Leader, India Program Manager at Youth Co:Lab, and City Lead for Climathon in Panaji. With experience in supporting climate tech startups and engaging policymakers, Naikwade holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering and a PGD in AI for Climate from MIT World Peace University.
