Louie Wise

Louie Wise, III has held various leadership positions throughout their career. In 2003, they became the President of Base 3, an integrated system solutions provider. Louie then served as the President of Climate Control Mechanical Services from 2006 to the present, overseeing a full-service mechanical contracting company. In 2007, they took on the role of President at Gibson Electric. In 2009, they became the Chief Executive Officer of InTec, a company providing facility management solutions. Louie Wise, III also founded Facility Wise in 2019, focusing on transparent facility performance. Additionally, they started as the Principal of InTec Health in 2019, bringing technology products and services to healthcare organizations. In 2018, they co-authored "Executive Trojan," a fictional story based on true events. Louie Wise, III also held roles as the Principal of Motor Media, LLC and had an equity position at Balance Mechanical, LLC.

Louie Wise, III obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Louie also holds additional certifications as a LEED Certified from USGBC, which they obtained in 2010, and as a Mechanical Contractor, obtained in 1996.
