Britta Zimmermann

Britta Zimmermann is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Climate Friendly since April 2022. Prior to this role, Britta owned The Early Birds Photography from September 2019 to April 2022 and held leadership positions at Many Rivers, where as Head of Organisational & People Development, Britta focused on supporting disadvantaged communities in Australia. Previous experience includes HR Director and HR Manager roles at Salvatore Ferragamo, as well as positions at Esprit in both Australia and Germany, covering talent management and training consultancy. Britta holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Logistics from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
