Alexander Rozenfeld is the Founder and Managing Director of Climate Impact Capital. Alexander also previously served as a Venture Principal at Shell Technology Ventures and as President of Texas Innovates. In their role at Shell Technology Ventures, Alexander was responsible for launching the STV organization in the USA and developing market awareness, partnerships, and deep deal flow through multiple channels. Alexander also was accountable for final review and approvals for all deal closures, SPAs, legal contracts and cash calls. Prior to joining Shell Technology Ventures, Alexander served as Vice President of Global Venture Investments.
Alexander Rozenfeld has an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Alexander also has a BSE from Princeton University in Mechanical Engineering and Public Policy.
