Megan Ritter

Megan Ritter currently serves as the Associate Director of Development at Climate Interactive, where leadership in fundraising for climate action projects is emphasized. In addition, involvement with Nest as a Junior Board member focuses on improving artisans' work environments globally. Previously, as the Associate Director of Grants at Everytown for Gun Safety, Megan developed systems for a grants department and maintained relationships with institutional funders. Experience at Charity Navigator included managing the grants acquisition pipeline and leading the development internship program. Additionally, Megan participated on the Emerging Leaders Committee for the Association of Fundraising Professionals - New York City Chapter. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree from Montclair State University and training from NOLS.
