Nick Chappell

Nick Chappell has over 15 years of work experience in the IT field. Nick is currently the IT Director at Climate Investment (CI) since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Head of IT Operations at Alpha FMC from March 2022 to October 2023. Before that, they held the position of Global IT & Infrastructure Manager at Alpha FMC from March 2018 to March 2022. Nick also worked as the IT Services Manager at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants from November 2016 to March 2018. Earlier in their career, they held multiple IT positions at Cabot Credit Management from 2007 to 2016, including IT Business Service Desk Manager, IT Supplier Relationship Manager, IT Service Analyst, IT Technical Support Specialist, and IT Technician.

Nick Chappell obtained an IoSCM Level 5 Award in Supply Chain Management from Brighton School of Business and Management in 2015. Nick also has additional certifications including the SDI Service Desk Manager from The Service Desk Institute, an Award in Supply Chain Management (Level 5) from IoSCM International, an ITILv3 Intermediate Certificate in Service Design from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, an ITILv3 Foundation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, an EDI Level 3 NVQ in Management from Ofqual, and an Advanced Apprenticeship in Management from the Management Standards Centre, all obtained in 2010.
