Khallid Coleman

Khallid Coleman is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Help Desk Analyst at Mi-Jack Products since May 2023. Prior to this role, Khallid worked as a Help Desk Technician at Impact Networking, LLC from February 2021 to April 2022 and as a Cyber Threat Investigator at ZS from February 2020 to February 2022. Khallid also gained customer service experience as a Sales Floor Associate at Walmart, assisting customers in the electronics department from October 2017 to June 2018.
