Lauren Dees-Erickson

Lauren Dees-Erickson, MBA, is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at Climate Jobs National Resource Center. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions at FHI 360 as a Technical Advisor, at the State of Vermont as a Candidate for Vermont State House, at Tetra Tech in various roles within the Democracy and Governance Sector, at ICMA as an Assistant Program Manager, at the American Refugee Committee as an International Programs Management Assistant, at the U.S. House of Representatives in various capacities, and as an Environmental Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Lauren holds a B.A and an MBA from St. Catherine University.
