Stephanie Klotz has experience in communications, marketing, and brand management. Stephanie is currently the Communications & Marketing Orchestrator (Director) at Climate-KIC, where they are responsible for internal and external communications, reputation and risk management, and communications strategy and brand. Stephanie also leads their work on climate narrative. Before that, they worked as the Senior Brand & Communications Manager at Laudes Foundation, overseeing the creation and building of the foundation's brand and managing internal and external communications. Stephanie has also held various roles at C&A Foundation, including Senior Communications Manager and Communications Manager, where they were responsible for positioning the foundation as a thought leader in sustainable fashion and managing both internal and external communications. Stephanie has also worked as a freelance Communications Consultant, as well as in communications and advocacy roles at SOS Children's Villages International and Mondi Business Paper.

Stephanie Klotz completed their education in two different institutions. From 1994 to 1999, they attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and obtained a degree in Forest Engineering. In 2001, they enrolled at The University of Edinburgh and completed a postgraduate program in Environmental Sustainability, receiving an MSc in the field.
