Matthew Woodhouse

Matthew Woodhouse is an experienced professional in strategic communications and project management, currently serving as a LIFT Strategic Communications Advisor and Project Manager at DAI since February 2014. Previously, Matthew coordinated the SIIDshare project at the University of Sheffield, fostering student engagement in international development. Earlier roles include serving as the Sports and Culture Volunteer Coordinator at Barnsley MBC, where Matthew developed a volunteering strategy, and as a Voluntary Researcher intern at the Kilimanjaro Environmental Development Association. Additionally, Matthew co-founded West Pokot Week, successfully raising funds for a healthcare project in Kenya. Matthew holds an MA in International Development and a BA in Geography from the University of Sheffield, as well as A-Levels in Geography, Biology, Design Technology, and Photography from Doha College.
