Eric Jaeger

Eric Jaeger, CPA, CFA has a diverse and extensive work experience in various financial roles. Eric is currently the SVP of Finance at Climate Pledge Arena, where they lead all financial areas including financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, analytics, and payroll. Prior to this, Eric worked as the VP of Finance for the same company, overseeing the financial operations owned by the Oak View Group and the Seattle Kraken.

Before joining Climate Pledge Arena, Eric was the Finance Director (Amazon Account) at JLL, where they managed the financial information and analysis for JLL's work with Amazon in expanding their distribution network. Eric also implemented important financial processes and procedures during their time there.

Eric has also worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, where they held several roles including Assistant Director of Accounting Operations, Financial Analysis and Investment Accounting Manager. In these positions, they managed accounting functions, provided financial reporting and analysis, and played a key role in implementing new accounting systems.

Prior to their time at the Federal Home Loan Bank, Eric worked at RGP as an Associate, where they took on various contract assignments in the high-tech industry and banking. One of their notable contributions was implementing a new financial system at the Federal Home Loan Bank to track and account for their debt portfolio and derivative instruments.

Earlier in their career, Eric held positions at Washington Mutual as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Senior Accountant, as well as at Boeing as a Cost Accountant in the Space and Defense Group. Eric began their career as a Staff Accountant in Public Accounting at Pratt & Chew, CPAs. Overall, Eric brings a wealth of experience and expertise in finance and accounting, making him a valuable asset in any organization.

Eric Jaeger, CPA, CFA holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Washington from 1990 to 1994. Eric also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Seattle Pacific University from 1998 to 2001. In addition, Eric Jaeger has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), although the details of the institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
