Kervin Lemmi

Kervin Lemmi is a highly experienced technical operations and software testing specialist currently working at Pike13 since March 2018, overseeing manual QA testing and API validation. Previous roles include customer care specialist positions where escalated technical issues were resolved and extensive support provided to both internal and external clients. In addition, Kervin serves as an audio visual technician at Climate Pledge Arena, delivering real-time graphics support during live events. A background in IT support and web development is bolstered by freelance experience and co-founding a web hosting company. Kervin has also held roles in QA testing, including as associate QA lead and software QA tester. Education includes a Full Stack Web + Mobile Development certification from Nucamp Coding Bootcamp and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Biola University.
