Callie Coop has a diverse work experience in operations, administration, and human resources. Callie started as an Office Manager at Strategic Imperatives Limited in 2015 before moving to Clear Books in 2016. At Clear Books, they held various roles such as Office Manager, Finance Assistant & HR Manager, and eventually HR Manager. In 2022, they took on the role of Head of People and Operations at Climate Policy Radar CIC.
Callie Coop completed the Foundation Certificate in Accounting at AAT in 2017, followed by an Advanced Diploma in Accounting in 2018-2019. Currently, they are pursuing an Associate Level Diploma in People Management from CIPD Qualifications since 2021.
