Manav Chhabra

Manav Chhabra is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management, currently serving as Director & Head of People Business Partner for Cloud & Software Services at Ericsson since March 2017. Chhabra has led the talent acquisition strategy for Ericsson Global Services, emphasizing quality and efficiency in a diverse organizational environment. Prior to Ericsson, Chhabra held significant roles at Bharti Airtel, including Head of RPO (Captive) and Senior Manager of HR Business Partner, where strategic sourcing and personnel support were prioritized. Chhabra’s earlier experience includes positions at IBM Daksh and Careercruise, as well as foundational training with the Indian Army. In addition to professional achievements, Chhabra was recognized as one of the Top 30 Talent Leaders by Forbes India in February 2023, and holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from University Business School, Chandigarh.
