Umair Surani

Umair Surani is an experienced professional in the fields of clean technology and building optimization, currently serving as a Senior Account Executive for McKinstry, where responsibilities include helping clients optimize and decarbonize their buildings. In addition, Surani is a Board Member and Climate Tech Lead at the US Proptech Council, and a Strategic Advisor at Zemlia, which offers personalized sustainability roadmaps. Surani also holds the position of Built Environment Lead at Climate Vine, facilitating climate impact initiatives, and previously served as Head of Market for Smart Cities at ENGIE North America, focusing on sustainable urban transformations.
