Muhammad Husni Mubarok is a seasoned energy professional with extensive experience in renewable energy and rural electrification. Currently serving as a Senior Program Associate at ClimateWorks Foundation since April 2023, Muhammad supports the Global Energy Transition Initiative in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on the shift from coal to low carbon technologies. Previously, at Mainstream Renewable Power, Muhammad developed an on-shore wind energy portfolio in Indonesia. Muhammad's expertise in rural electrification was further demonstrated during time as a Technical Officer for the UNDP's ACCESS Project, and as an Advisor for GIZ's Energising Development Indonesia Project. With an academic background that includes a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Muhammad has consistently contributed to advancing renewable energy solutions.
