Topher Francia

Topher Francia is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and administration across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at ClimateWorks Foundation since November 2022, Topher Francia is dedicated to supporting the organization’s mission to combat the climate crisis. Previously, Topher Francia held various positions at Active Wellness LLC from 2015 to 2022, including Senior Human Resources Administrator, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, HRIS management, and compliance enforcement for a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees. Additional experience includes roles at the University of California and UCSF, with a focus on benefits administration and retirement plans, as well as early career positions in HR support and recruitment. Topher Francia holds an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Brooks College.
