Katie Dean

Katie Dean (Morrissey) has an extensive background in human resources and people management. Katie'scurrent role is Director of People at ClimateAi, where they oversee the HR department. Prior to that, they worked at Stripe as a People Partner, focusing on employee development and engagement. Before joining Stripe, Katie was at VMware, where they held various roles including HR Management Partner and Manager of People Ops for the Cloud Native Applications Business Unit. Katie joined VMware through the acquisition of Heptio, where they served as the Head of Employee Success and helped build the recruiting and HR function. Earlier in their career, Katie worked at Slalom, leading recruitment efforts for new office launches and managing the Customer Engagement team. Katie also had roles at Accenture Song, where they partnered with regional leadership on scaling technical teams, and at Tressler LLP and UBS Wealth Management in project and compliance roles.

Katie Dean (Morrissey) holds a BA degree in Politics and International Studies from Loras College. In 2021, they obtained certifications as a Brain-Based Coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute and as a Certified OKR Coach from WorkBoard Inc.
