Gargi Chugh

Gargi Chugh is currently a Climatebase Fellow at Climatebase, focusing on enhancing knowledge in climate science, policy, and solutions while applying expertise in data science and strategy. Previously, Gargi served as a Senior Data Scientist at Scribd, where significant analytics initiatives led to improved subscriber engagement and retention. As a founding analyst at HackerRank, Gargi developed internal data products to optimize sales and renewal strategies. Additional experience includes roles as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Branch, where data-driven insights influenced pricing strategies and onboarding processes, and earlier positions at Apple and Teradata. Gargi holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Project Management from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
