José Pablo Villalobos Torres

José Pablo Villalobos Torres is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in software engineering and system architecture. Currently serving as Associate Technical Director at Wunderman Thompson since April 2019, José has led backend teams for major projects, including the redesign of a public website for a large utility company in the US. José also contributes as a System Architect at Climatebase, which focuses on practical climate education and career acceleration. Previous roles include Technical Architect and Sitecore Lead Software Developer at POSSIBLE, and Principal Software Engineer at Prodigious Latin America, where contributions were made to high-profile website redesigns. José's career began at Banco Central de Costa Rica as a Senior Software Engineer, leading the development of critical internal systems. José holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Universidad de Costa Rica.
