Ken Lee

Ken Lee is an accomplished investment professional currently serving as Investment Director at Vidacity since 2024 and co-founding First Impact Partners in January 2022. With a focus on nature-based solutions in the role of Senior Manager, M40 at Earth Security from 2023 to September 2024, Ken's expertise also includes venture scouting and early-stage investment due diligence gained through internships at Energy Impact Partners, Vertex Holdings, and Antler. Prior to these roles, Ken held significant positions at Meta as Country Manager for Global Operations, Lazada as Regional Lead for Data & Strategy, and Conjunct Consulting as Vice President, contributing to Asia's largest pro-bono impact consulting group. Ken's career began at EY as a Manager in the Strategy division for the ASEAN region. Ken holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the National University of Singapore.
