Donald Carothers currently serves as the Machine Shop Manager at Specialized Fabrication Equipment (S.F.E.) Group since 2024, bringing extensive expertise from a long tenure at CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems, where Donald held positions as Machine Shop Manager and CNC Operations Lead since June 1997. With an Associate's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Chemeketa Community College, Donald possesses a solid foundation in manufacturing processes and leadership within machine shop environments.
