Mike Anderson

Mike Anderson is an experienced engineering professional with a comprehensive background in machining and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at MFT-CKF, Inc. since April 2022, Mike previously held the position of Machine Shop Manager at UFP Technologies, Inc. since April 2016, overseeing tooling shop operations and maintenance. At Creative Machining Technologies, LLC, from February 2008 to February 2016, Mike excelled as a Project Manager, coordinating production schedules and ensuring timely project completion. Prior experience includes roles as a Machinist at Schult Engineering and as a Mold Technician at Custom Pak, contributing to proficiency in CNC operations and manual machining. Mike is pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Eastern Iowa Community College, complementing foundational education from high school and Clinton Community College.
