Elwood Flatt, MBA, is an experienced engineer with a solid background in product lifecycle management and design across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems since April 2022, Elwood focuses on custom and production portable machining solutions. Previous entrepreneurial efforts included managing a laser cutting business at Loki Lighting and Design, and experience in project engineering for lumber processing equipment at USNR. Elwood's tenure at Electroimpact involved modifying robotic systems for aerospace applications, while work at Genie optimized manufacturing workflows. Elwood's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Portland State University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University, and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Green River College.
