Reuben Ness, PE is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and design. Currently serving as Engineering Lead NPD/Customs at CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems since May 2023, Reuben previously held roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from November 2016 to May 2023, including Project Engineer and Product Design Engineer, focusing on new product development, design refreshes, and project management. Prior experience includes project engineering roles at Stanley Hydraulic Tools and a foundational automotive technician position at Bassitt Auto Co. Reuben holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University and a BS in Automotive Technology from Walla Walla University.
