Emily Damon

Emily Damon is the current Vice President of Sustainability, Policy & Advisory at ClimeCo. Emily has over ten years of experience in sustainability and energy engineering.

Emily started their career as an Energy Engineer at EN-POWER GROUP in 2014. Emily then transitioned to ENVIRON where they spent four years as an Associate. In 2010, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant - Building Systems at Stanford University.

After a brief stint as a Water Conservation Engineer at Stanford Utilities, Emily became an Energy Consultant at Fergus Garber Group Architects. In 2015, they joined AccountAbility as Managing Associate and spent two years there before moving on to Guidehouse in 2017. Emily spent three years at Guidehouse as an Associate Director before taking on their current role at ClimeCo.

Emily Damon has a BS in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. Emily also has an MS in Atmosphere/Energy from Stanford University. Emily is certified by the US Green Building Council in LEED AP and by the Building Performance Institute, Inc. in Multi-Family Building Analyst. Emily is also certified by the King Khalid Foundation in Sustainability Leading Practices.
