Dr. Christian Ferber

Dr. Christian Ferber has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Dr. Christian is currently the Chief People Officer at Climeworks since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member (Verwaltungsrat) at Schiltwald Partners AG starting in April 2020. From January 2012 to December 2022, they held the position of Chief Human Resource Officer at RUAG International. Before that, they worked as an Executive Director of Human Resources and Organization at Sunrise Communications AG from October 2006 to December 2011. Dr. Christian'sprevious roles also include being a Human Resources Director at Coca-Cola HBC (Switzerland) AG from June 2003 to September 2006 and a Human Resources and Administration Manager at Ford Motor Company (Switzerland) SA from November 1999 to April 2003. Dr. Christian started their career as a Principal Clerk of the Court at the District Court of Zurich from February 1994 to November 1999.

Dr. Christian Ferber completed their law degree at the University of Zurich from 1984 to 1989. In 2002, they obtained a certification as a Head of Human Resources from AKAD. Dr. Christian furthered their education in negotiation and leadership at Harvard Law School starting in 2019, and in business strategy for HR leaders at INSEAD in 2016.
