Irina Rusu

Irina Rusu is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment, having held various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Climeworks since June 2022, Irina leads recruitment efforts for the Operations business unit and collaborates with leadership to align hiring strategies with long-term company goals. Previously, as Talent Manager at Inyova Impact Investing, Irina oversaw comprehensive talent acquisition initiatives and worked alongside executives to address hiring needs. Irina also served in multiple capacities at Deloitte Switzerland, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, refining recruitment processes for the Cyber team, and has held earlier positions in recruitment and hospitality, enhancing skills in candidate engagement and administrative support. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Event Management from EAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Leisure Management from IMC Krems University.
