Lingjia Tang

Lingjia Tang's work experience starts with their co-founding myca.ai in 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan from 2013 to 2020, where they were also an Assistant Professor from 2013 to 2020. From 2015 to 2021, Tang served in various roles at Clinc, Inc., including Co-founder and board member, Chief Technology Officer, Cofounder and Board member, Interim Chief Executive Officer, Cofounder and Board member, and Chief Operation Officer. In 2013, they worked as a Scientist at Google. Lingjia was a Research Professor at UC San Diego from 2012 to 2013. Tang completed their Ph.D at the Department of Computer Science, University of Virginia, where they were active from 2005 to 2012. Additionally, they completed summer internships at Google in 2011 and 2010, and at Microsoft in 2008.

Lingjia Tang obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Zhejiang University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Later, Lingjia pursued a Ph.D in Computer Science at the University of Virginia, completing their doctoral studies from 2005 to 2011.
