Amy Lacasse MBA-HCM, BSM possesses extensive experience in healthcare management and patient services. Currently serving as Laboratory Registration at Clinch Valley Health since July 2018, Amy processes specimens to facilitate efficient laboratory results. Prior to this role, Amy was a Patient Access Supervisor overseeing various operational areas. Previous experience includes Site Manager II at BayCare Health System, responsible for the daily operations of a five-physician Internal Medicine practice, and several management roles at Day Kimball Healthcare. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, along with two Associate degrees in Accounting and Administrative Assistant studies from Southwest Virginia Community College.
